The yearly Autumn Festival is here again. Got myself into the kitchen today. Was fun though. I was in-charged of the glutinous rice balls. 13 big ones, mark 13 months of the lunar calendar for this year. According to tradition, this festival is mended to remind that we are already 1 year older. Chinese new year approaching. There is also a believe that, if it rains on this 22nd Dec every year, there wont be any rain on the first day of Chinese New Year.
Prayers were held at my home today. Much offerings were offered. It was a good feast/offering for the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and my ancestors.
